Christmas Support 2020
Christmas this year will see our phone lines close on December 18th 2020 until January 4th 2021. Whilst general support via ticket will still be available until 22cd December 2020.
Emergency Support
Emergency support is not affected by these changes. Should a server or website fall offline customers can access 24×7 support from your client area.
During the Christmas period, we will be grading tickets. Emergency support is classed as an offline server or website only. If you submit a ticket to our Emergency department and your service is online the ticket will be reassigned to the correct department and you will not receive a response until that department reopens.
Overview
- 18th December 2020 – Phone lines close
- 22cd December 2020 – General support stops.
- 28th December 2020 – General support recommences
- 29th December 2020 – General support stops
4th January 2021 – Phone lines open, general support resumes.
On the 28th of December 2020 and the 4th of January 2021, naturally, there will be a backlog of tickets for the team to complete. We will work through these as fast as possible. Expect delays in us responding to tickets.
New Orders
Ordering is not affected by these changes and for the most part, services will be created automatically. Additional IPs will be assigned as soon as possible.
