Over the last month, First2Host has been trialling updates to the Cryptocurrency payment gateway. We are now releasing the new system to our customers. Cryptocurrency is expected to become more and more popular over the next ten years and, with this in mind you can now pay for your services and new services with over 50 different Cryptocurrencies.
If you have existing services which you would like to pay for with any of the supported Cryptocurrencies you can do on by selecting “Cryptocurrency” from the drop-down box on any invoice.
Once you have selected Cryptocurrency just hit the Pay Now button at the top of the invoice and you will be transferred to the new gateway. From here you can select any of the support Cryptocurrencies and continue to make your payment.
Confirmations take on average of 20 minutes and we require two confirmations to mark a payment as completed. The system is totally automated and, we have done extensive testing so you should not need to contact our Billing team unless the invoice is not marked as paid.

We are working on adding Stellar (XLM) to the Gateway
You can now also use the “Add Funds” function to add funds to your First2Host account using Cryptocurrency. For customers ordering new services from First2Host and using any Cryptocurrency to pay for your services, our Fraud checks are now disabled. If you attempt to use a Credit Card or PayPal account in the future to pay for your services we will run an automated Fraud check on your account details.
