Dedicated Server Control Panel Updates
Recently we have been preparing the ground for a new version to the dedicated server control panel. At the moment some users use a different interface to control their dedicated servers and this is because, in the past, we did not have the ability to connect servers in Germany to servers in different locations due to them using an older system. We have completed a software update over Christmas that now gives us this ability.
This means we will be releasing a whole new interface for our dedicated server customers and bringing you all under one system. Our developers have been working hard over the Christmas period to bring this to you early in the new year. It means our servers in the EU will now get DDOS notifications, reboot notifications and much more.
This will be a gradual process, not all features will be available right away, some current features might be disabled as we work on them so some disruption can be expected. A little bit of pain now will provide great rewards down the line for you. If a specific feature is disabled whilst it’s being worked on then the support team does have the ability to still use that feature so you can always just submit a support request and we will process this manually for you.
We expect to have the system fully deployed by the end of January 2019.
