Enhanced cPanel Server Support
Sometimes we all need a little extra help and as an unmanaged service, the First2Host team will only assist with connection issues to your server. We realise some users do need some extra help in managing their services so we are introducing an addon called Enhanced Support for all our cPanel license holders.
A user who has Enhanced cPanel Support active can submit up to five tickets per month for five different issues in relation to their cPanel service. Our support team will work on your ticket and provide a resolution to the issue. We will work on the default cPanel system to configure advanced features like the sending of mail from an account dedicated IP, fix issues with Apache or diagnose email issues. Basically, anything to do with the core default cPanel software we will assist you with. If you also have a software license for a program like JetBackup or Softacloucious we will also offer support on these cover any issues with websites that have been deployed to the server.
Customers will already know First2Host support is very responsive, we average a response to tickets in under 15 minutes and an overall resolution to most issues within 30 minutes combined, our team has over 40 years experience with cPanel and WHM.
Enhanced cPanel Support – What’s Included?
* Issues arising whilst using cPanel which could include Apache, PHP, MySQL, Exim, FTP and SSH issues
* Firewall configuration issues
* Emergency restores of websites
* Websites that display errors like a 500 Internal Server Error
* Website that displays Database errors like unable to connect to the database
* Email issues like mail is not being sent or received
* Emergency Server Restores after a root compromise
* WHMCS Connection issues and WHMCS general issues which the WHMCS license is purchased through First2Host.
These are just some of the examples that we will cover and there will be many more. We can’t currently offer support for Litespeed or Nginx.
The Cost Of Enhanced cPanel Support
The cost of Enhanced Support will be a flat fee of £20 per month, just £4 per ticket. This gives you the ability to submit 5 tickets per month for 5 different issues. You cannot roll over support credits and each month on your Enhanced Support payment the ticket count will be reset.
How To Order Enhanced cPanel Support
New customers can choose to add Enhanced cPanel Support on the order page of any cPanel VPS Server. Current First2Host customers can add Enhanced cPanel Support from the “Services > View Available Addons” page from inside the client area.
