Users on our NVMe Web Hosting and Reseller Web Hosting plans have access to the industry-leading program JetBackup. Jetbackup can restore your website and allows for much more flexibility over the default backup system which comes packaged with cPanel.
Most notably Jetbacklup gives users the ability to restore website, files, databases, and even email accounts directly from cPanel to end-users. This gives users greater control over their website, reduces support tickets for the support team, and means customers don’t have to ask for assistance.

Let’s imagine you have a WordPress website that was using an insecure plugin. That plugin has been targeted by a malicious user and your website is compromised. With our Web Hosting and Reseller Web Hosting service, you can easily restore your website back to a point where it was not compromised and fix the issue.
Restore Full Website
So to restore a whole account or website login to cPanel and select Full Account Backups. Choose a backup and hit the restore button. The server will pull your backup from our backup servers and restore your data.

Restore Database
You can also choose to restore a single database if you wish. To do this just click Database backups. Select your database and click the restore button.

Restore Individual Files
You can restore individual files which is handy if you accidentally delete a file. So to do this click the Files Backup icon and then select the file manager. This will allow you to browse our Backup servers and select the file you want to restore to your account.
We generally use incremental backups so each week we will take a full backup of your account then for the next 6 days we will copy over any data that has changed since the last backup. We hold 7 days worth of backups by default.
Creating Snapshots
Snapshots are backup generated on demand and are an image of your account at that point in time. Think of it as a Windows restore point, you can use a Snapshot to restore your website back to that point in time. We allow one Snapshot per user to be created on-demand.
