WHMCS The file Is Corrupted – V7.5
In WHMCS v7.5 Ioncube Loaders 10.1.0 or above are required. Without these, the software will not work and you will receive errors. Any page you visit will generate an error similar to the below line;
The file /home/XXX/public_html/install/index.php is corrupted.
You will need to update Ioncube Loaders to use the software. To begin, log in to WHM and select Easy Apache 4. Next to “Currently Installed Packages” click customize.
This will load the current installed software on your server. On the left click “PHP Extensions” then in the search bar type “ION”
This will then list the current installed Ioncube Loaders. Select the Ioncube Loaders V10 option and accept the warning which states the old Ioncube Loaders will be replaced.
Click next and then next again to build the selected packages. Once complete your Ioncube Loaders will be updated to the latest version and you can then start to use WHMCS v7.5
